Swaen ©Ale Malt (2.3-3.5°L) is used to correct over-pale malts, producing golden hues in beer and improving palate fullness. Its not just a darker base malt but a unique part of your unique recipes. A great base malt for any ale or lager. Tends to have English like bready and light toasted characteristics not unlike Maris Otter.

Usage: Belgian Ales, Pale ale styles and bitter beers, most traditional English beer styles. Festival beers, strong export beers, 

Results: Produces excellent lagers and ales
