Make your own Cream Soda with this extract from Gnome Beverage Company
Suggested Usage: Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil and turn off the heat. Mix in 2lbs of honey, 3lbs of cane sugar and 2oz Maltodextrin. Combine this mixture with 4 gallons of water and 2oz Cream Soda extract. Mix in one sachet of yeast (we recommend Montrachet) and fill your clean sanitized bottles with the Cream Soda and cap. It will carbonate over 3 to 5 days. Store in the refrigerator once the bottles are carbonated.
