Description: Melanoidin Malt (25-30°L) is used to color and add maltiness to any type of beer. It allows the flavour of malts to come through especially biscuit hints. Also imparts bread aroma and flavor. Similar to Munich malt but with more intense malty aroma.
Results: Strong, sweet malt flavour and a golden hue. Produces excellent: Pilsners, Lagers, Ales.
Usage: Pilsners, Lagers, Ales, Light beers, Special beers, all other beers.
Rate: Up to 20%.
