Description: Swaen Biscuit Malt (21-28°L) is an obvious chocie for coloring and maltiness in any beer. Strong sweet malt flavor and sufficient enzymatic power. Allows flavor of specialty malts to come through especially biscuit hints. Also imparts bread aroma and taste.
Results: Golden hue. Produces excellent: Pilsners, Lagers, Ales.
Usage: Pilsners, Lagers, Ales, Kölsch, Light beers, Export beers, Special beers, all other beers.
